Important: Advance Payments

We do not offer refunds on advance payments once the project has commenced, resources have been allocated, or digital files have been delivered/downloaded. Refunds are only applicable in the specific scenario where we are completely unable to deliver the promised product or service.

2. 6-Month Support & Bug Fixing Warranty

We stand by the quality of our code. If you purchase any script or avail of any development service from us, you are covered by our specialized warranty:

3. Delivery Timelines & Delays

We respect deadlines and aim to deliver all projects on the promised date. However, custom web development is a complex process, and unforeseen technical challenges may arise.

4. When is a Refund Possible?

We only issue refunds under the following specific circumstance:

Change of mind, finding a cheaper alternative elsewhere, or lack of technical skills to use a script do not qualify for a refund.
