Nox Digi provides high-quality digital assets, templates, editing resources, and other digital products for creators. All products are delivered digitally and may be used for personal and/or commercial purposes according to the license purchased.

2. Eligibility

To use our platform and purchase products, you must:

Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Registration

4. Digital Product Purchases

All products sold by Nox Digi are digital downloads.
After successful payment, your purchased files will be available for download.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in our Refund & Returns Policy.
Downloaded products cannot be exchanged or canceled after purchase.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
By making a purchase, you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Nox Digi does not store your debit card, credit card, UPI, net banking, or other payment credentials.
All payment information is encrypted and processed securely by our payment provider.

6. Licensing & Usage

Each digital product includes its own usage license (Personal or Commercial).
Unless explicitly permitted by the product license, you may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, or upload our products to any third-party platform.
Modification of a product does not grant you the right to redistribute or resell it unless expressly authorized.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on Nox Digi, including but not limited to designs, templates, graphics, branding, logos, text, and digital assets, is the intellectual property of Nox Digi or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Because our products are digital, refunds are generally not available after purchase except where required by applicable law or where a product is defective or inaccessible.
